About Garden Quartz
Garden quartz (also known as Lodolite) is the name given to quartz which has moss-like inclusions - these different colours are created by the trace minerals trapped inside the crystal as it grew
Metaphysically it has connections to past lives and trance work as looking into its depths is like peering into another world
It has a hardness of 7 on the MOHs scale, but be careful with cleansing in direct sunlight - the inclusions can fade
